By accessing or using any service provided by Devntra ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from engaging our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms apply to all services offered by Devntra, including but not limited to:

• check_circleSoftware Development — Web, Mobile, Cloud, SaaS, and API solutions
• check_circleAI & Automation — Agentic AI systems, business automation, chatbots, and LLM integrations
• check_circleStudent Services — Assignment help, final-year projects, mini projects, debugging, and deployment support

Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" subject to agreed project scopes and timelines.

Clients are expected to provide accurate project requirements, timely feedback within agreed windows, and all necessary materials or credentials required to complete the work.

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client submissions may affect delivery timelines and are not the liability of Devntra.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverable code, designs, and content produced exclusively for their project. Devntra retains the right to use general frameworks, reusable components, and methodologies developed independently.

Devntra treats all client information, project requirements, business data, and source material as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose any client information to third parties without explicit written consent.

This commitment applies equally to student submissions, academic project work, and business engagements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Devntra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
