Revision Policy
Our commitment to quality means every project includes structured revision rounds. This policy outlines how revisions work, what is covered, and how to submit feedback.
Standard Revision Rounds
Every project package includes three (3) revision rounds as standard. These cover structural changes, content refinements, and final finishing touches.
Feedback Window
To maintain project velocity, all revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving each deliverable.
The Revision Workflow
Request Submission
Consolidate all feedback and submit it via email or WhatsApp as a single batch.
Scope Assessment
We review the feedback for scope fit and technical feasibility before committing to changes.
Execution
Revisions are applied within the agreed sprint window and returned for client review.
Sign-Off
Client confirms acceptance of the revised deliverable, closing that revision round.
Scope of Revisions
In-Scope: UI adjustments, copy edits, colour/typography changes, bug fixes, logic corrections, and deployment configuration updates agreed in the original brief.
Out-of-Scope: Adding entirely new features, changing the core project concept, or requiring additional third-party integrations not part of the original scope. These are treated as new work.
Additional Revisions
If more than 3 revision rounds are required, additional rounds are billed at a transparent hourly rate. We will provide a quote before proceeding — no surprise charges.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does consolidated feedback count as one revision round?
Yes. All feedback submitted in a single batch is treated as one revision iteration. We strongly encourage batching feedback to maintain project momentum.
What if I need a revision after project sign-off?
Post-delivery changes are treated as a new engagement and quoted separately. We're always happy to continue supporting your project.
Do revision policies apply to student projects?
Yes. Student project packages include the same structured revision rounds. Additional rounds are available at a reduced student rate — just let us know.
