General Principles
Devntra operates on a milestone-based model for software and AI services, and a structured deliverable model for student support. Our commitment is to deliver value; where documented specifications are not met, a fair resolution process applies.
Software & AI Services
- check_circleDiscovery Phase: 100% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of project kickoff, before work commences.
- check_circleMilestone Payments: Non-refundable once the specific milestone has been formally approved and work delivered.
- check_circleRetainer / Ongoing: Pro-rated refunds available for monthly retainers if cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Student Services
- schoolProject Work: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of payment and before work has started.
- schoolDebugging & Support: Non-refundable once the session or debugging work has been initiated.
- schoolDelivered Work: Non-refundable once the final project file or code has been delivered and accepted.
The Refund Process
Submission
Submit a refund request to info@devntra.com with your payment reference and a brief explanation.
Review
Our team will assess the request against the project timeline and delivery logs within 5 business days.
Resolution
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing:
